When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery time frames depend on the item that is purchased. For most bed models and furniture Mattress Warehouse aims for a delivery timeframe of between 3 -10 working days. Our New Zealand made beds are all made to order and the delivery time frame is between 15-20 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to all North Island Metro areas is free for any order over $999. Delivery to all North Island Metro areas is $99 for any order under $999. We are unable to deliver to areas outside of metro areas.

We are able to offer delivery to South Island Metro areas on selected products only. Delivery is free for any order over $999.

Do you deliver to the South Island?

Yes, we are able to deliver to South Island Metro areas on selected products. These products include our New Zealand made ranges - Beautyrest ranges, Hudson ranges and Coastwood Furniture.

For other products, sorry we are unable to deliver to the South Island at this time. You are welcome to purchase from Mattress Warehouse and arrange your own freight. Please ring our store 06 878 2202 to arrange.

Who will deliver my bed?

We partner with a reliable and trusted New Zealand Transport Carrier who specialise in furniture and bedding freight.

Where is my order?

We make every effort to deliver your order according to our estimated delivery timeframes. If your order has not been received within these time frames or you have a query regarding a delivery please call 06 878 2202 and we will be able to follow up your order.

Will you take my old mattress away?

Unfortunately we are unable to take away your old mattress. If your mattress is in good condition and still has some life in it, you can try local charities who will often collect, free of charge to resell in their charity stores.

Do you do Winz quotes?

Yes we are a registered supplier to Work and Income NZ. Please phone our store 06 878 2202 with the name and price of the bed you would like a quote for and our sales team will be able to organise a quote for you. Or alternatively fill out our form here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please choose carefully. Most of our products cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped. Due to this reason we do not give refunds or credit if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
